Everyone is very professional, friendly and very informative. It’s obvious the staff goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and satisfied. Smiling, friendly faces also go along way during a very stressful time.

After my daughter went into cardiac arrest while pregnant with my twin grand babies. They were all revived, the nicu took wonderful care of thee twins. In truly grateful for the wonderful care the hugs of comfort from nurses and doctors. When my daughter is able I would love the opportunity for her to meet them all to say thank you for saving her and her babies lives. God Bless You All

Medical City Children’s is a great place if you ever have to go. The staff are so professional and courteous and made our stressful day so much better. And Dr. Day is the best!

When our son Maxon was born at 30 weeks, the NICU team at Medical City became our family. We were there with them for 54 days and were blessed beyond measure by the nurses who went above and beyond their daily duties to love, comfort, and help us. They were stewards for me and my husband through some of the darkest days of our lives. I truly don't know how we would have completed that journey without them. The care was incredible and now Max is a thriving, healthy, active 7-month-old.
