RecommendedI normally don’t trust a lot of doctors and nurses but the care at this place really changed me on this due to the care and keeping us informed during and after my daughters surgery. No one ever complained or got nervous, they formed a plan and kept us in the loop and did an amazing job. Thank you for taking care of my daughter and keeping her safe. I know I wanted to get her home but it was hard to leave because of how amazing everyone there was. Thank you all so much!

Recommendedmy 9 day old daughter was treated for fever and rsv there and let me tell you, they were AMAZING! the nurses were so sweet always checking on her and always asking if we needed anything. they made us feel so comfortable. the nurses we had were Courtney, Carlos, Mandy, and Katie. thank you to all of you for taking great care of us❤
we spent 7 hours last night on "fast track" the doctors barley looked at my daughter and discharged her. it took me throwing a fit and refusing there discharge to get blood work done to prove my daughter was dehydrated and needed further medical attention they didnt really want to give. I will never be back I will go out of my way in traffic to go to childrens
RecommendedI took my 5 month old to children’s red balloon in Plano on October 21st because she was breathing really fast and retracting and hadn’t had a wet diaper for 8 hours for them to only send us home at 3:00 am saying it was a virus and it had to run it’s course without running any test. Little did we know I would be calling a ambulance for her by noon the same day we where released.
