In here for a head injury to a child and they have us waiting for over 2 hours to get a cat scan.
My son was in a car accident had several injuries and we stayed several nights! Me and husband both agree that this nurse went out of her way, to make sure my son felt comfortable with his stay. Made sure we knew what was going on with everything. he even started talking to her first and wanted to show her he started drinking he felt really comfortable with her. Hannah was her name! This picture was when we was leaving.
My little miss Dylan recently stayed both in the PICU and general pediatrics floors after a cranial vault reconstruction with Dr. Fearon and we could not be happier with her care there. From her surgical team to every one of her nurses - we felt that they truly cared for her and even for us as parents. Absolutely phenomenal!
I went there with my son to see dr Barlow (not how its spelled) in the Endocrinology Department well there we discuss my son and then at the end of the meeting she threatened to take my son away from me do you think that's what a doctors supposed to do when they're trying to help cuz I don't the exact words she said to me if I can't get it under control that she would take my son from me and get it under control not going to happen this is ridiculous and I don't recommend this Hospital
We’ve never had a positive experience with medical city until yesterday! We drove over an hour to the children’s hospital in Dallas (previous experience was at alliance) and they were nothing short of amazing! My daughter had a tonsillectomy and our pre op nurses name was Stacey (she’s a twin! Give her a raise!) SHE WAS THE BEST NURSE WE’VE EVER HAD! (My girl is still clinging to her “lip stick”) thank you guys so much for the hospitality and such a great staff who truly enjoys working with kids!
