The ER took 6 hours to run simple blood work on my daughter.
I highly recommend medical city Dallas, delivered my daughter via c-section back in June due to.my doctor here back in east texas seeing something with her heart, the nurses staff took me on a tour around the hospital just in case she had to stay in the nicu... All of the staff nurses were excellent great hospitality... Took great care of me & my daughter during our 4 day stay... The transport team had to fly to east tx & fly me back to Dallas it was overall a great experience great people I can't thank y'all enough
I wasn't there. But the care and attention they have given to The Vance Family has witnessed to me... This hospital is number one in my book. I haven't been there but I have a friend; Rhett Vance 18 months young there and the love and support and the medical care you have given them is just awesome! Thank you and keep up the good work and compassion you have! God Bless All The staff and every person that comes there!
The whole staff was great!! And VERY helpful my son did not even want to leave the hospital. My son had surgery and doctors explained everything to me very well, i loved the fact they checked up on son constantly both doctors and nurses.
Great place , it will be even better when the new construction is done.
