I really want to Thank all the Staff at Medical Center Alliance. I stayed in ICU 5 from 5-6 to 5-9 and the Nurses on this floor Rock!!!! Katarina, Rodger, Natalie, Claria, Jennifer, Vanessa and Ty down in the Stress test lab & Sarah in the ER!!!!!

I just spent 5 days in room 306 from the minute I arrived in the ER to being released yesterday I have nothing but the highest praise to the nurses and staff, I actually felt sad about leaving!!! Even the food was great!!! I loved how I could pick up the phone at any time and order what I wanted, Everything done or about to be done to me was explained very clearly, Everyone made me feel very special, The staff was always upbeat and happy. Keep it up!! Every hospital should take notes and strive to run like MCA ❤️

I had a "surprise" appendectomy recently and am so thankful I ended up at Medical Center Alliance. Care Now sent me there when I described my abdominal pain since they do not have diagnostic tools. I waited 5 minutes in the waiting room and was hooked up to my IV with pain meds in under 20 minutes. I had to stay the night since my surgery was so late and enjoyed my stay (under my circumstances). The Nurses are amazing. Very attentive and made me as comfortable as possible.

I cut my thumb to the bone and had my room mate drive me here because it was the closest. Fastest ER experience ever!!! And they were all so light hearted and genuinely concerned! I had a nurse check in on me frequently even though I only needed stitches! I was in and out in about an hour, and for an evening that could have easily been a nightmare, it was an awesome experience! Thanks guys!

I must take a moment to note the exceptional, unparalleled compassion I felt, the harmony among all involved in my plan of care, the diligence to discover what was wrong and the overwhelming sense of peace I felt each of the four day I was a patient their. Thank you Medical Center Alliance nurses, doctors, emergency room staff, radiology techs, cafe personnel, housekeeping, and anyone else I may have missed. TRULY you were a blessing to me ❤️

Had a wonderful experience at this hospital. The labor and delivery / postpartum nursing staff is incredible. I had a scheduled c section April 1st and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff was so helpful and caring , and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed , we felt as if they were our friends not just nurses. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone looking to deliver around the alliance area, and I will personally be returning in a few years for ... read more

Use to love this hospital when it first opened they were very caring staff. Now it's like when you go they rush you in and out without giving you a proper diagnoses!!! Never will I go back again.

I am 37 years old and i have never met medical personnel like you have on your second floor. Your womens services are the best. Especially your L&D and NICU nurses. I love them all and some of them are like angels sent from God. I would not recomend going anywhere else if your having a baby or babies. God bless your L&D and NICU. Thank you for all you have done for us and our boys. We are deeply in debt to you.
