The best attention and all medic personal are very professional.
Absolutely horrible experience. My husband came in yesterday with an extremely hurt lower leg. He was in a lot of pain and felt like he was going to be ill because of it. They were nice in the waiting area and took him back to triage and got him nausea meds but that's where it fell apart. After waiting for two hours for a room in the ER after getting an X-ray, he was put in a room, told by a nurse he was "fine", given a shot in his arm that was given wrong and in the wrong area(I am a nurse), and sent home without a doctor s... read more
I have never waited longer than 3 minutes as an emergency patient .... I've been 3 times, recently went in with my son who broke his left clavicle and was in and out within an hour and a half with a referral to a bone specialist and some good meds to get him thru the weekend. The doctor, Dr. Baselle is amazing and super sweet. The R.N, Pedro is laid back and took care of my son like he was his own!! Took way too long minor Ear infection i was givin a Script for $276 ear drops when They knew i was uninsured Other than that staff is okay...
