Haven't been to this Alliance ER yet but I was at the other one believe me four weeks ago with a heart attack that was the most professional kind on the ball group of nurses and doctors I have ever in my life met all I needed was the Silk pillow to be carried on because they treated you like a queen I cannot give them enough kudos the hospital there on the one on North Tarrant is excellent it's beautiful there's just not enough good to say
I am still a patient here right now and I am miserable. I have never been treated like this ever. I feel humiliated and like I am some joke. There's no one here in the middle of the night to complain too. My doctor is just awful. I don't know what to do!
Very quick and listen to your needs. I was admitted and put in ICU for 3 days and it was like being at a hotel. If they see you sleeping they actually let you sleep. And the food was great. You actually get to call and order your food when you're ready to eat like room service. Love it!
The hospital staff is amazing they make you feel at home. The staff makes sure you are safe and feel at home while your there.
Just a few notes about some Great people. I would like to thank all the staff in the ED especially Jeanine, Ashley, Liz, Julia, Keiron, Jim, Pedro, Dr Dang and a few in the OR which includes Stephanie, Kathy, Andrew, Dr Russell, and the magic hands of Dr Badylak. Sorry if I left anyone out - everyone and everything was textbook perfection for my youngest daughter and her complex fracture. Thank you all again - this Family will ALWAYS use your facility for our Healthcare needs.
I recently had to stay at the Hospital for 3 days in-patient. The ER nurses and Dr's. were quick and accurate in seeing what they had to do for me and implemented it quick. These guys really worked their butts off and got me back under control and knew when it was time to send me to the wards for continual treatment. Up there it was the same. The Dr's and Nurses were in my experience are really professional, courteous, and free with information. I am so glad that I live a mere 5-10 minute drive away. In my opinion, this hosp... read more
