Get directionsMy wife had our baby here. From the receptionist, to the delivery process, EVERYONE IS FANTASTIC. The CAFE is NOT just the ordinary "HOSPITAL FOOD". THIS FOOD WAS AMAZING. THANK YOU FROM OUR FAMILY TO YOU ALL.
Alliance Medical Center was the best ER experience I've ever had! I took my sick 3 year old in and they went out of their way for her. She was excited to get a ride in a mini wheelchair just her size to the xray room, Doc McStuffins stickers and Disney Junior on the TV in her room. Every single staff member was super nice and everyone was quick. They take care in being accurate but don't keep you waiting around for hours. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Alliance Medical Center ER team! :-)
The Labor and Delivery Dept is amazing! Thank you for taking good care of us and listening!
I gave birth here and everyone in L&D were SO wonderful!! I had such a good experience, I had to stay for 5 days (due to babys jaundice he was 3 1/2 weeks early) and everyone was just great, the day after I Gave birth was my birthday and some of the nurses got me a cupcake and sang happy birthday to me, and I got two cards from the staff.. I have absolutely no complains except for I wish they had a better birthing ball lol..but I'd give them 6 stars if I could!
I want to give recognition to the ER team that was working this past Tuesday afternoon. They were awesome. I brought my son in for abdominal pain and from the moment we walked in they were very attentive and professional. Even when it took 5 nurses and the Dr., 5 different times to get the IV started, they showed great concern for his comfort. I just want to say thank y'all so much for everything.
I wouldn't even give one star if I could. Went in for abdominal pain and came out with $13,000 bill! They said when I went in it was $200 plus tests. They charged $9000 for a cat scan. I asked about charges when I checked in and nobody could be specific with me besides $200. 13k is more than the c section I had.
I went in while being 8 weeks pregnant. They gave me a bag of fluid, nausea meds, and a sonogram. Good thing is I was out in about 2 hours. I got billed over $7,000! HOW? JUST HOW? Another time I took my son in and the front desk lady had no clue what she was doing. She was very rude.
We just had our 2nd child at this hospital and it was an awesome experience. All of the staff, from labor and delivery to postpartum and the nursery, is extremely nice and very professional. If we were to do it all again it would definitely be here.
My daughter (Martha Jorge) already left a review and doesn't let her write another, but she had to go back to the hospital yesterday and was helped by Annies again, who was lovely once again and also by Terry and Janna who were sweethearts. We wanted to praise all the nurses for taking so great care of my daughter, please send our appreciation to them on our behalf.
