How can you send someone in agonizing ear pain with high fever home with NO antibiotic???? You also hurried my cousin out of L and D with preeclampsia after having an emergency c section! Of course she had to come back! Stop putting peoples lives in danger please? I will never come to this hospital. Even if I’m in an ambulance I will jump out before they bring me there. Sorry needed to be said. Staff is very kind tho. Just bad protocols.

I have had to take two of my children this week. I must say that the staff is very informative and thorough. I trust them with my family :).

I had to take my husband to the ER at 1:30 a.m. He was having chest pains. He was taken to a room the minute we got there. All the doctors were friendly and knowledgeable. They did thorough testing on him to assure it was safe for us to go home. This is now our hospital of choice for any emergencies!!!

One year ago yesterday the Labor and delivery nurses and doctors worked night and day to stop our granddaughter from coming way to early. 11 days later at 24.5 weeks when she was born the best NICU doctors and nurses worked to keep our miracle alive thank you so much

I wish I had delivered all my babies here. Had a very positive experience throughout, with caring and attentive staff members.

I have always gone to Medical City Alliance hospital and will always continue going there. The hospital staff it very professional and kind. They take so many extra precautions to make sure they get the right diagnosis. Although they are not a pediatric hospital they are very good kids when they come into the ER. I highly recommend Medial City Alliance!

My daughter had her baby there few days ago and I’m giving this review as a grandparent. The staff is rude and very condescending at the reception desk of the 2nd floor (maternity floor), they don’t treat the extended family well. Also, as I was waiting for my husband in the hospital lobby, the front reception person answered the phone and as she hung up she clearly commented in a loud voice; verbatim: “stupid ignorant people”! Wow! This is not a place I want to ever visit again!
