I had my second child at this hospital. The staff was good I have minimum complaints. My favorite nurse was Christa, the night staff was AMAZING! They were patient and thoughtful couldn't ask for more. However, the beds were dreadful and very hard to get comfy especially after having a vaginal baby and trying to breastfeed. Breastfeeding was rough and my lactation consultant Jenny really put forth effort and encouraging words to keep me at it. And last huge shout out to my Dr. Dana Snell Hargrove she is an Amazing woman who ... read more

Today marks the one year anniversary of my early morning trip to the hospital - Medical City Alliance - suffering from a sever lack of blood to my heart. I had surgery February 21, 2018 and my pre- op nurse, Michelle was amazing . She took great care of me . I’ve never had someone start an IV on me as good as Michelle. I didn’t even feel it . All the nurses , anesthesiologist, Dr Walters was Incredibly caring and I would recommend this facility to anyone .

I've never been treated so badly by a hospital, doctor, nurse, etc. I came in for pain in my neck and back, so much I couldn't move. I had to have someone drive me cause I wasn't able to drive. They told me there was nothing they could do and sent me home. I had the same thing happen to me last year so I know they could of given me some relief so I could at least walk around with out stabbing pain. Told me nope, spoke to me like I was an idiot. When I started to cry cause I was so frustrated and in pain the doctor said have ... read more

Nurse Angie Bowden was amazing as was the rest of the staff there. A bit of a wait to get back there (2 hrs) but worth the wait.
