From the ER to Discharge I could not have been treated so nice. The folks on the third floor were beyond my expectations and could not praise them enough. Dr Patel was over the top, very straight forward and educational about PE in the lungs. I would like to say one the, all the negative comments are very hard for my wife and I to accept, we both are old and expect more than you can believe but everyone in ER was outstanding went over the top to find why I had shortness of breath and a cough with chest tightness, The they se... read more

I recently had my baby there and I loved the Nurses that took care of me .. prior to me going in labor I had previously visited the hospital and Tammie was my nurse ... she was soooooo nice I requested her when I went into labor and they assigned her to me .. Tammie was there for me every step of the way and even after delivery ... me and my husband really appreciate all she did for us .. also there were a few other nurses that took great care of me when Tammie was off and they were Pauline and Suzanne they were also amazing... read more

My son was having trouble breathing on the weekend early in the morning so we took him in to the one in Saginaw. His vitals were taken, a doctor listened to him and prescribed an oral steroid, then we were sent home. The absolute bare minimum time and care was given. Apparently walking into this place costs $1000 and that’s separate from actually seeing a doctor. It’s EXTRA to see the doctor. The people were nice but it is absolutely crazy what they charge for breathing on their property. Will not go back for any reason.

This is where I had my baby in July! Every nurse and Doctor was Amazing! Our baby was 4 weeks earlier than when his due date was. They made what was a scary and nerve-wracking event into a wonderful experience for my husband, son, and I! I don’t have anything negative to say about our experience! The staff was truly wonderful! I highly recommend this hospital!

This coming Monday I will return to work 8 weeks after double knee replacement. I want to thank my fabulous surgeon Dr. John Badylak, the entire Medical City Alliance staff, the inpatient rehab unit at Medical City Lewisville, and the outpatient physical therapy at Medical City Arlington. Don't want to mention any staff by name because they were all 5 stars in my opinion. I highly recommend their care.

Sunday, Aug. 26, at 15:01 I a Keller police officer broke into the public restroom in your ER lobby and literally tried to physically pull me off the toilet. I was accosted just for trying to leave the ER (where I was a patient, btw). I would love to know what gives you credence to assault your patients just for refusing a hospitalization?

I went in around 5:30am on Sunday with abdominal pain. The ER staff were kind, courteous, and efficient. I was diagnosed with a severely inflamed appendix. I was quickly admitted to the 3rd floor while the surgery was scheduled for 1:30pm. By 4pm, I was out of surgery and home that evening. I'm healing quickly and I am grateful for the wonderful care I received in ER, the 3rd floor, and pre and post op. Thanks for a job well done!

When my elderly mother was admitted back on July 4th, I went up the elevator to the the 3rd floor to visit my mother. When I got off the elevator, and turned to the hallway, two of the janitor workers pushed their trash next to me in a manner as if to try and run me down with it. And the hispanic female janitor turned and looked into my face and squinched her face up in a most ugly hateful look at me I thought she was planning to come over to me and assault me! Her look at me was pure hatred!
