I went to the emergency room in extreme pain, the staff were quick and responsive. My nurse Sarah was responsive and attentive while I was there even though I felt I was a bother. Dr. McDaniel spoke with me regarding my diagnosis and what needed to be done, great bedside manner. My only complaint was the check in scanner I could not get to work, this was a bother for some one in extreme pain and I bypassed it requesting they check me into the system.

Took my son to the ER at 430 on Tuesday morning. Within a minute, we were in the room with 2 nurses and a Dr. I was amazed at how personal they were. My son ended up having to be transported to Cook Children's for additional tests but everyone we dealt with was reassuring and tried to keep me calm the entire time.
