On Monday July 9th I dropped into the Medical Center of Trinity for a total hip replacement. I wasn't fully aware of the wonderful teams and staff that I would encounter through the 36 hours! Pre-OP; OR, Post-Op! I would like to thank everyone with the Orthopedic Teams as I am progressing rapidly into full recovery one week later! I enjoyed everyone I met here! This is the Hilton of Hospitals!! I went to the ER last night and I received such caring treatment. EVERYONE was extremely kind, valued my input, listened to me and did not try to force anything on me I did not want. When I left the ER at 3:30 or so A.M., the nurse walked me to the outside door to be sure I was steady on my feet!! I have been at other ER's where just before sending me on my way, they would give me pain meds so I was a zombie driving. This was my first time at the ER, I had been to the hospital as a patient o... read more

Had a breast biopsy there last week. Met the most amazing woman who I’m sure was an angel. She is an RN and her name is Ivy. She functions as a patient liaison. She called me at home in the morning and met me in the waiting room. She followed me through the whole process, answering questions, reassuring me and holding my hand. She made a scary situation tolerable and I will never forget her kindness. In fact everyone in that dept. was professional and wonderful

Worst ER experience ever. Your staff does not give a days a$$ about anyone. I hope your ashamed of how they treat people. DO NOT GO, YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL.
