I just had a total hip replacement at Trinity Hospital and experienced the most wonderful staff, medical care, food and accommodations! I have been to a few hospitals in my lifetime, but none have even come close to Trinity. The medical team was very concerned about my comfort and pain level at all times. Same day surgery staff is awesome my nurses Diane and Jack were awesome made for a wonderful experience also my nurse in recovery unfortunately I don’t remember her name was awesome as well actually the entire process from registration on you can tell the staff work well together and love what they do
my aunt was admitted last night, and today at 6:30pm, the Ortho doctor STILL hasn't been in to see her. RUN TO THE NEAREST BAY CARE NEXT EMERGENCY!!! Their policies here SUCK!!!

Not enough room to describe. I was there last night and was treated less than human by my nurse and my Doctor. I took a chance on my health just to get out of there. The word compassion is NOT SPOKEN there. I will say that Amber and Ricky did treat me with compassion and kindness. They should be recognized for their care. The others who shall remain nameless in this post should be ashamed.

Each time my father went to this hospital, the care got worse. My mother and I did more for my father than the nurses did. They are short staffed. The nurses are inept, rude, and uncaring. The ER is a mess as well. Rude staff throughout. It's a shame that this still fairly new facility is so terrible.
