I just had a total ankle replacement. In at 5 am, surgery at 7, in room by 1 and lunch waiting. No staff could compare to 2 west. Pain free the entire stay. Next day steak, baked potato and cake for lunch. Discharged by 3. Dr. Mates is the man.
My fiance came in with a serious eye infection the nurses and staff were great and the fact I was able to stay with him 24/7 was great. He is a truck driver and only home three days a month so being able to spend time by his side even if it was while he was sick made a big difference to us both. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.
Biggest bunch of scam artists. My daughter was in the ER for maybe a half hour, if that. We received a bill from the hospital for $1206 and another bill from the doctor for $607. On the bill it said there were no payments made from my insurance. Spoke to the billing department who informed me that had I not had insurance, I would only be required to pay $300 but since my insurance has a certain contract with the hospital, I pay $1200. I went to see doctor James Donovan he is great he took very good care of me .everything was perfert from waiting to the way he did the best to take care of me want to say thank you to him and his staff . From Darlene walters
An incredulous experience. I am a Doctor and cannot believe the behavior and attitude of two Doctors I encountered....still stunned... ..might want to check out the more accurate total average 2.5 star rating on Google Review....
This hospital overcharges. They were busy and I understand however I was left in the hallway for several hours and never got a room other than one in the cross through from the ER to another part of the hospital with a curtain. Being brought in with chest pain and cast aside. The nurses were cold and did not explain anything except for the two night nurses who were wonderful. They can't even put iv in my arm without trying 5 times Had to stop The person get a experience One who knows how to take blood blew Four veins Told them have to use a butterfly Needle to get my blood tiny veins Hate This when I know my Body Don't listen To me Finally RN said you are Right About getting your Blood taking she got me on the first Time with Butterfly needle She felt bad for me They kept pricking me no Blood Can't see my veins only feel WOW
