My girlfriend just had a baby at this facility and I cant emphasis the terrible care we got enough. Maureen, the nurse, that took care of my daughter was rude and disrespectful. She had no compassion towards my family at all. I would discourage anyone from delivering with Medical Center of Trinity. This time was to bond with my family and the postpartum nurses hardly made this possible.

RecommendedNurse manager Greg 2 West 2nd floor is a great nurse manager he truly cares for his patients. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. I give him 5***** for his patient care. Thank you Greg for the awesome vanilla latte from Starbucks. It’s so good. You totally rock.

My Mother-in-Law was admitted to this hospital for complications related to a massive stroke that occurred about a week earlier. The nursing staff was relatively helpful. But, we never received a phone call from an admitting/attending physician to discuss updates and plan of care in spite of several requests being placed. Having access to her Medical Portal I noticed several issues that weren’t being addressed properly. I had a 3 night stay after being induced to deliver my baby, and I was very nervous going in not knowing what to expect with my first baby. The nurses and staff were amazing and made me feel more comfortable attending to all of my wants and needs and answering any questions I had.
