My cousin was on the Cancer floor (5th flr) and our nurses were Jessica, Robert and Shallun. They are awesome! Very kind and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better team! I am in healthcare and pay attention to things most people wouldn't think to look for. I really can't complain. My cousin had to go down and have a Paracentesis and the staff down there are pretty awesome too! Thank you all on the fifth floor for your compassion and kindness shown to my cousin and family. Went we to the hospital to reset my son's dislocated finger. Upon entering the facility everyone was courteous and helpful. We were kept in the loop on what was going on so we were not needlessly waiting. We were out in a little over an hour with my son in good shape and a smile because of the service we were provided in a situation we hadn't planned.
I had a total knee replacement by Dr Hanff... The nurses were wonderful... Very attentitive... The only complaint I have is from the time I had to be there and the time I was taken back for my surgery... I was told to be there @ 7:30 and they didn't take me back until 12:10... That's a long time to go without food or water since you can't eat or drink after midnight...

Trinity Medical Center Is The Only Place I Would Go But Last Night Was A Trip Toke Almost 5 hrs To Be Look At And Discharge They Need More Doctors And Nurses Working The ER
Went to the one on sheldon. Went in no one was available. Security guard came out 2 times and ask if anyone help us and no one did yet. We waited 20 mins and still no one so we just left.

This is by far the worst emergency room. They do not do any diagnostics to determine the cause of your ailment. They are without compassion and are only in it for the money. The wait time is so short because they get you in and out without doing the proper testing to diagnose your health issue. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
