Worst internet provider I've ever used. Get starlink instead, 100x better.
Horrible. I recommend NOT buying this. They don't even know how to do their job, they first said we're serviceable, but now we aren't.
Constantly loosing signal. On the phone with techs almost everyday. Worst internet provider.
So many interruption.. And Bill always more than I agreed to .I am looking for another service now .. never offered me the senior service either ughhh
if i give them zero stars then I would. They have the worst customer service in history. I talked to an agent last week about my bill, and how much i would have to pay and now when i talked to one today they changed the price of how much i owe them.
