My cataract surgery experience from initial exam thru follow up visits was exceptional. Dr Medford explained the procedure in detail with all my questions and concerns addressed. Dr Medford, Yahoska, and the staffs in Morristown and West Orange are true professionals who care about their patients.
I recently had 2 cataract surgeries by Dr Medford. From the initial exam with Dr Hess, it was a wonderful experience. The staff in both office locations was friendly and helpful. I am more than thrilled with my recent cataract surgery performed by Dr. Medford. He explained the procedure well, listing all my options and answering all my questions. His surgical assistant scheduled the surgeries and follow-up appointments and everything proceeded without any problems. The surgical center was clean and worked seamlessly. I came to Dr. Medford a month ago with a goal to improve my vision. I knew it wasn’t going to be easy because I had myopia with astigmatism. 20 years ago I had lasik surgery which made it possible for me not to wear glasses. But with Age it’s gotten worse and I got a cataract. I decided to go to the doctor for a consultation, he was recommended to me by my friend. I had very poor vision in both eyes for years. Dr. Medford performed cataract surgery on both eyes and my vision is unbelievable. I would definitely recommend this doctor.
I highly recommend Dr. Medford for anyone trying to decide on a doctor for cataract surgery. I had gone to another doctor first and did not feel comfortable with him at all. I am very pleased with the outcome of my surgery. The surgical center he uses was very well run and the days of the procedures went smoothly. Dr. Medford has been my eye doctor for over 30 years. He has always been attentive and thorough at all of my visits. Recently, I underwent Lasik Surgery and would not have thought of going to any other doctor for this procedure. He let me know how the procedure is performed and answered all of my questions.
