Dr. Medford is excellent and his staff is very caring and efficient.
Dr. Medford recently performed cataract surgery on both eyes and each experience was a positive one. The doctor and his staff are extremely calming and helpful with the procedure. I was very nervous about having it done but everyone was very understanding about my hesitation and took the time to calm my fear and explain all aspects of the surgery. I would encourage anyone who is anxious about this procedure to definitely go to Dr. Medford and staff.
Dr Medford recently did cateract surgery on my right and left eye, 6 weeks apart. He was very thorough in explaining the procedure to me which put my mind at ease, I left the office fully informed. The recovery went great. His office and OR staff are also very nice and accommodating.
Eleven years ago Dr. Medford removed 2 cateracts. I began to sing, 'I Can See Clearly Now; the Rain Has Gone. It's gonna be a bright-bright-bright sunshiny day.' After 11 years, I still need ONLY reading glasses from the Dollar Store. Friends are shocked at how well I see at a distance with no glasses at all.
VERY POSITIVE. Anyone considering this procedure like I did and was hesitant about it, please put your fears to rest. This surgery was the best thing I ever did and with absolutely NO pain. Dr. Medford make my cataract surgery extremely easy and TOTALLY pain free. I've been using Dr Medford for the last 20 plus years and he has always thoroughly examined and explained what is going on with my eyes. I recently had cataract surgery that went extremely well. He explained everything, sometimes multiple times, so I could understand and feel comfortable with the process. He answered every question, and I went into the surgery feeling confident. His care on the day of surgery and follow-up was excellent. I highly recommend him to all of you that are looking for a top-notch ophthalmologist!
