My entire experience with Dr. Medford was fantastic. He is extremely thorough, explains everything and did a very successful cataract surgery on both eyes. His entire staff and team are wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Medford.
I have been a patient of Dr. Medford for many years. When it came time to have my cataracts removed, I had every confidence that Dr. Medford would be the best ophthalmologist for the procedure. He was always reassuring and answered all my questions patiently. I am very satisfied with the surgery and the successful outcome. His assistant Kelly is also a great addition to the staff. I highly recommend this team for your eye care needs.
Dr. Medford treated me for cataracts in both eyes. He was efficient, professional, knowledgeable and it could not have gone better.
Dr. David Medford is an excellent eye surgeon who replaced the lenses in both my eyes (for cataracts) in January 2024. He was a good listener and patiently explained all my options, and he made great recommendations based on my situation. He was realistic about outcomes, which I appreciated, and his followup care has been very attentive. Best of all? My eyesight is better than its been in decades.
I read extensively on the various lens options and at our pre-op meeting, Dr. Medford presented the choices, the pros and cons, and the personality and lifestyle factors that I should consider in making my choice. I had the good fortune to be referred to Dr. Medford by my Optometrist for cataract surgery.All of my questions and concerns were patiently answered during my first visit by Dr. Medford. I had my cataracts removed by Dr. David Medford. The procedures went very smoothly. From my very first visit, I found Dr. Medford to be very professional, a great listener and a delight to talk to. The staff at Affiliated Eye was accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and always timely. I showed up one day early for one of my follow up appointments and Kelly managed to squeeze me in so I wouldn't have to come back. Now that is excellent service!

Dr. Medford explained all my options for cataract surgery. I had extremely poor eyesight; left eye was -10.5, right was -7.00. The cataract in my right eye was bad and affecting my eyesight to the point that I rarely drove at night. I also needed reading glasses and had pairs in multiple locations.
