Dr. Medford is a most professional and through physician who takes the time to listen to his patients and provide the best eye care available.
Dr. Medford is a throwback to the days when physicians/surgeons patiently took the time to carefully explain treatments and procedures, answer questions thoroughly and objectively discuss outcomes. He is a master surgeon whose team is thorough, efficient and empathic. I could not have had a more comfortable and successful experience.
I have been a patient of Dr. Medford for many years...When it became obvious that I needed cataract surgery Dr. Medford was very reassuring and answered all my questions which was very helpful since I was a bit nervous but knowing my eyes were in good hands made all the difference...My vision after the surgery has been amazing, as I told Dr. Medford at one of my appointments I feel like I am now seeing in HD.
We are pleased with the recent surgery in both eyes and the clarity of sight and the beautiful colors we are now experiencing. Dr. Medford was very caring and concerned as was the staff at both his office and the surgery center.
Dr. Medford is not only a complete professional, he has the unique ability, even with his demanding schedule, to make you fee like you are the only patient he has. He is a most effective communicator and never smothers you with medical jargon. What Dr. Medford engenders most of all is trust. I have been seeing him for over fifteen years, but now we are relocating out of state. I leave this doctors care with sadness and reluctance because he and his wonderful team have provided the very, very best of care.
I went to Dr. Medford for cataract surgery and glaucoma treatment. My glaucoma is now under control, and after cataract surgery, my vision is far better than I expected. Dr. Medford was very informative and did a great job. He and his staff are very courteous.
