By far the worst urgent care I've ever been to , I've been here several times and it's at least an hour or two wait time for nothing . After calling and coming up here tonight and being told to go somewhere else because they had a 45 wait list before they would even see my child I'm sure I'll never step foot in this location again .
I have asthma with a cold no chest x ray and still wheezing through this cold she didn't give me prednisone which is what asthma patients get when they have issue heather was awful
Exceeded my expectations. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and thoughtful. Facility was clean, welcoming and organized. I was in and out within 30 minutes, but didn't feel rushed at all. Visited for myself but had my two small children w/ me each staff member was friendly and passionate with them as well. I will visit again next time needed, and would recommend to friends and family.
The facility was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. The NP was very knowledgeable and put me at ease.
They caught my pneumonia. Had i waited any longer i would have ended up in the hospital. Thank you
VERY friendly staff, clean, nice & updated, convenient, knowledgeable, didn't treat me like an inconvenience or irritant, spent time with me and listened to me, quick xrays & results, explained things thoroughly
