I took my grandson there with a rash fever and couldn't walk was told it was hand foot and mouth. Dr. walked in looked at his feet only said that's what it was I said what does that have to do with him not walking or using his hands he said give Tylenol he be ok wasn't in there 2 minutes. next day was worse took him to ER had to be transferred to Riley for a week he had Rocky mountain spotted fever another day he could of died

RecommendedI have had to come visit this urgent care twice myself and twice with my son. They have always been super friendly and fast. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. This is a great place if your primary care doctor is unavailable.
very professional, thorough, staff always pleasant. staff doc is caring and efficient . the place is always clean and organized.

By far the best urgent care around! Always quick but the best part is the customer service! From the front office to the providers and everyone in between they are incredibly pleasant. They are helpful and always make my kids comfortable.

Due to a long series of unfortunate events, I came into MedExpress on s. Emerson very last minute. Pop in at the clinic at 7:55 seriously apologetic. But despite all the let-down today, I have to say I was extremely pleased with this location! Every single person in that place had a pleasant attitude and the place was really clean! Had us in and out in 30 minutes! I swear I will not go to another urgent care/med check ever again!
Just went in and was told (after a 30min wait)they could not help me because no X-ray tech today! Of course they took me in to see the doc first and let her tell me so they could bill me! �I was told to go somewhere else. Not paying for this! Won’t be returning either! Mildred seemed to have no knowledge of what she was doing!
Went to this location first, I had fell and hurt my right shoulder/arm. One lady is talking to me and another interrupts our conversation, they proceeded to have & finish their conversation. I was,told this location did not have an Xray tech today so they would not see me. The Interrupted said "oh you will need a Xray". Well now I am at East Washngton location & I will not have an Xray due to my limited mobility. I had to pick a community location due to WC. If I could give negative stars I would.
