Staff was kind of rude, but the doctors got their job done and took care of my daughters broken toes .
It was a shame, I liked med express until this last time. We went to get stitches in my fiancé's hand. They said they couldn't do it he needed to go to the ER. That's fine that they couldn't do it but the ER said their excuse was invalid. We should have at least gotten our money back if they couldn't help us. Waste of time and money.
2.5 hours there, then didn't even give me the doctors note about being off work for longer than 2 days and had to wait for him to finish up with his next patient for that. Also the lady that verifies the ins and personal information was extremely rude.
