Quick service. Pleased with my care. All of the staff were friendly.
It took a while, but that is understandable as it was over the holidays. I would definitely use them again if my PCP is unavailable. Everyone was very friendly and understanding.
Had to wait a little longer than expected but they were a little busy. But once the doctor came in he was super nice. And he asked what I thought was wrong. He agreed I was right and double checked in my sons mouth to be sure. And he did so good with my 9 month old son. Got us a prescription and on our way quickly. The nurses were really patient with my son as well. Had a great experience !

No respect to patient's time at all I was at the front desk at 12:23 pm and they weren't busy at all three other patient were in the waiting room, by 1:38 I was still not seen by the Dr and I told them at the front desk that I need to be out by 1:30 ..... very disappointed, I will go somewhere else next time if i need to.
I have never been to a worse facility in my life. Doctor Swenson has zero people skills. I left feeling embarrassed, with zero paper work on what was wrong with me (the dr. Said they don't have paperwork on this type of thing because it's uncommon) and with the same problem I had that forced me to go there. I will NEVER go there again. I would rather stay at home and die. If I could give a negative star, I would.

It's ok. If you wait until 7:00pm, then the waiting time is less. The reception people are awful. They tried to get me to go to the one in Gibsonia when I live in the end of Shaler near McKnight Road. The care is ok.
