Waited in the parking lot for an hour and a half on hold. Noone checked me in and I finally walked in and she checked me in and was giving me attitude the whole time then the phone rings after one ring she picked it up then after I get checked in told me it was a 2 hour wait. Bunch of idiots!

The front end staff and the doctor were amazing. The Medical Assistant was the NASTIEST person I've ever met. The way she talked to me and the assumptions she made about me were beyond insulting. I get it, in the medical field you see all kinds of people. But they need to keep their assumptions to themselves. People like her are why I avoid going to a doctor until I have no choice. I would like for upper management to please reach out to me.
the doctor was very nice and helpful! in my opinion, the front desk staff were rude and inconsiderate. will not come here again.
RecommendedCame in for stitches in my finger. All the staff were friendly and efficient, even during a pandemic. The procedure was performed by Magdalena Jennings, NP. She made me feel at ease and was fast and competent. I'd use their services again. Hope I don't have to, but I would.
they take way to long theirs no way you should have to wait 2 hours and not many people are in there place sucks
I am currently waiting 30 minutes for an X-ray already taken to be handed to me. Was told it would be 10 minutes.
Very nice employees and not a very long wait witch is good
Very pleasant experience from beginning to end. I went almost last minute for a sinus infection that wouldn't go away for 3 weeks. Couldn't get in to my PCP because of being full with their own chronic patients. Lady at check in very pleasant; not so much with the lady taking insurance and copay. Nurses and PA very nice and efficient, as well as check out lady who was very sweet to wish me well. Feeling better already with meds prescribed, thank you!
