Was feeling bad, have chronic sinus and ear infections, had a little wait as they were busy but was treated sooner than I had expected, got scripts and on my wat. Every one way friendly yet professional.
Went in for a sinus infection, wait time wasn't too long. All the staff was really nice.
I went here because I literally felt like I was dying with a high fever and body aches. They barely checked me and diagnosed with a sinus infection. They gave me meds and I never got better. I ended up going to my primary care physician 2 days later was told I had pneumonia. I will never go back!
Took my mom who was in a lot of pain and didn't feel like waiting and wasn't disappointed! Only there for 20 minutes total and greeted by friendly staff! I've used this MedExpress in Muncie before and have always been treated very quickly and by friendly staff. I highly recommend it when you can't get in to your family doctor!
Tetanus shot, 2 hr. wait, still in the waiting room. Express would be an over statement.
Nothing EXPRESS about it. Simple one page health physical form took an hour, and they didn't even complete the form!
I would never compare this to any hospital er or quick clinic. Fast, friendly, more thorough than most pro.art care doctors at a reasonable cost. My new after hours go to for emergencies.
Med Express was exceptionally clean and the staff vert courteous.
