Im a disabled combat war veteran in severe pain with my 2 year old daughter with me as a single father. I call the VA and they tell me this company is partnered with them. Im pretty excited due to how close it is to me. I try calling them a bunch of times and all I would get was a busy signal for an hour. I finally get ahold of them and I explain that im a disabled veteran and explained how the va said they were partnered with them and that I get my visit and meds for free ... Continue Reading

My 6 yr old son was nearly killed in a dog attack 3 yrs ago. He has had severe anxiety about anything medical ever since the attack. For example, all of his dental work has had to be done as out patient surgery because he has to be sedated. However, anytime I've brought him to this facility, the staff has been so amazing with him. Yesterday, he had to have staples in his head and the doctor was so great with him that he didn't even cry, which is incredible considering how my son is. The staff here does an amazing job and it'... read more

the last few times I have been there have been awful. I went twice for allergies/sinus/sore throat/cold before covid and the lady both times wanted to give me steroids and when I said no, she asked me "well, what do you want me to do about it?" so unprofessional. the last time I spent all morning trying to get in and they insisted that my insurance wasn't active. I called my insurance and it was with no problem. I called them back and had to get my insurance company to call them and prove that im insured. finally when they l... read more

Absolutely the worst place , they had no X-ray technician. They was laughing and gossiping in the hall where my son could hear and they did nothing for my son and they are unprofessional

The nurse practitioner should be fired. I have a dog bite, she only peaked in, said ‘oh dog bite, you need an anti-biotic.’ She didn’t look at my hand and arm, she didn’t even step in the room. I asked the med tech to ask for something for the pain. The med tech relayed back to me that this so-called health provider has a policy of no pain meds. Really????? Ya, she sucks, I will spend some time letting her supervisors know.

It’s pretty sad when an URGENT CARE facility refuses to see your 87 year old grandma because her drivers license is expired by 2 days. It doesn’t matter if it’s “policy” when it’s barely expired. Any other medical center would surely make accommodations for someone who has a broken finger and needs it x-rayed. I knew I always disliked this place for a reason.

I had my first experience with this facility today and I was so pleasantly surprised. The facility was clean and modern, we got in and out quickly, and the staff were lovely. My 5 year old ended up having a broken foot and the entire staff were so kind and genuinely concerned with him, it made the whole ordeal so much easier for both of us. He had to go and end up in a cast but I honestly never freaked out thanks to the care we received. I hope the staff knows how much they’re appreciated!

They could assess the Dr who diagnosed me with shingles without no history of chicken pox, a rash, or blood test! I went there for a pain in my side as well as a soar throat! a day later and I go to another walk in and they said the pain was from a wholly different issue and actually bothered to look at my throat! Which she said was due sinus and possibly infection. I am on the meds and am finally feeling better. No thanks to med express.
