Was fairly quick process. Staff was very pleasant.
This is the only Urgent Care facility that we go to. The staff is fabulous, and take care of us in a short amount of time. They diagnosed my Appendicitis in a few minutes and sent me to the ER. They just diagnosed my baby's ear infection; Dr Kutzera answered all of our questions and Sharnay (the nurse) was very gentle with Tiana while taking her temperature and giving her medicine. We've been to 2 other Urgent Care facilities in Hagerstown and they don't even begin to compare to MedExpress. This is the place to go if you nee... read more
Great space. Convenient location. Friendly yet Efficient Staff. Medications Available onsite. Parking No problem. Haven't waited in Waiting Room over 30 minutes.... Usually 15 minutes. Works for ME!
