Be warned this place is charging copays for testing. I called the states attorneys office while my daughter was in line and they confirmed that private or public testing is to be free to the patient with ZERO copay along with all services related to the testing. They suggest filing a complaint about places like this. I got tested at a urgent care in Montgomery county and it was no charge for the rapid and PCR

Do not waste your hard earned money here I watched this staff treat a family like complete garbage because something to do with there insurance. I will kindly take my family elsewhere. There is way too many options for urgent care to allow this type of behavior just because they can.
Our daughter was seen there this weekend for head pain, ear pain, and a fever. She was told she had a viral infection and sent home. Had to take her back to another urgent care center today for a fever of 104 and on and off vomiting. It only took the other center a few minutes to spot the infection on her tonsils and do a strep test, which came back positive. She was given a strong shot of antibiotics but still is burning up. Fast friendly service. And they can fill your prescriptions right there on site most of the time if you choose.
Hands down the best urgent care facility ever. The staff are amazing and very friendly. Me and my daughter have come a hand full of times and never once had a bad experience. I had to bring my daughter last night at the last minute due to an allergic reaction and hands down I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Going to urgent care your wait time will be literally cut in half unlike the er.
Never going there again!!! Pathetic excuse for urgent care, don't go in with a cold/ flu symptoms... they will just send you to ER
I have been to numerous Urgent care centers over the past couple of decades and I have never been treated at a facility where the experience was so positive. I'm 30 weeks pregnant and somehow ended up in contact with poison ivy that went haywire. I was nervous about being prescribed any medications, but the PA I saw was thorough in his research and care about my sensitive situation. The rest of the staff were friendly and professional.
