I'm sorry to read the negative reviews from other patients as my husband and I have always has a positive experience. I went in last night 15 minutes before closing and they took me regardless. I was diagnosed with pink eye and was able to buy my prescription on site, my husband has purchased prescriptions there in the past as it is so convenient. I was barely at this location 30 minutes last night and I really appreciated the quick service.
I only waited 10 minutes and was out in a jiff. And the staff are so nice!
My daughter had an allergic reaction to her medication. My family and I were new to the area, didn't know at first where to go. After a quick area internet search, MedExpress was close and favorably rated. Everyone from the front desk to the attending physician were amazing.
Everyone was very helpful, and friendly. Receptionist, nurse, X-ray technician and Dr. Lum Nyindem certainly was very professional. I highly recommend Med Express. And I'm a very happy patient, and feeling better today because of their expertise!

I have always been treated well and have never had to wait more then an hour, usually within 30 minutes. All of the staff are pleasant and caring. The only thing I thought was wrong was this past visit the doctor would not give me anything for pain. I have never asked before but I am in a lot of pain this time. My tooth is so infected that the glands in my neck, throat, shoulder, under my arms and the back of my head are swollen and sore. All I asked for was some Tylenol #3.
