This is only the second time I've been here they are a little slow but very nice I sat in the exam room almost 2 hours
Everyone is friendly & kind.I didn't like that they took my ID & licence it went to next window while I was waiting it could be got lost.
Great place to go if you want have your insurance company billed something that doesn't pertain to you. Women in there knew nothing and could only point to a phone number on a piece of paper. Extremely unprofessional and another typical place for hagerstown
Quick and was greeted v when walked in was only there 1 hour moved pretty quickly
Quick service, attentive providers, and follow up calls
The only part I didn't like was the fact of leaving my driver's license and insurance card in someone else's possession and being told to have a seat to be called to the second window. I believe the cards should be scanned and returned while in my visual view. Other than that the total experience was very pleasant. Total time from walk in to walk out was 1hour 13 mins.
