14/07/23 An engineer was due to fit a community alarm system between 9am-1pm. No one arrived so I phoned to see where the engineer had got to. A lady told me Jack the engineer would phone me back. 2.20pm still no sign and no phone call. I phoned back to see if the engineer was infact going to turn up. The company had tried to phone him but no answer. It is now 2.54pm and still no sign of Jack or a phone call. Disgusting service

Nobody at this company knows what they're doing, the drivers are the same, they send a message they're on their way with a delivery and don't turn up. How they got a contract awarded by nhs I'll never know .
