Really disappointed, my partner had a telephone appointment booked for a month and it finally came around it was booked for 8.50am and the doctor didn’t call, we rang reception after waiting an hour and were told it would be any time during the whole day! We later rang again around 1pm as still no call and were told that he was next in the line for his appointment, 4 and a half hours later she rings and my partner missed it because we were out and already waited all day. Really disappointed ☹️
Son was very very poorly and the way the receptionists went above and beyond to get me an appointment and then helped sort out my prescriptions was really nice to see. The female doctor we saw today was also very personable and accommodating and has really proven herself to be someone I can trust. Great service and couldn’t have asked for more :)
The surgery sums up what's wrong with the NHS doctors. Phoned to request a blood test, I was asked why? I explained I was told to have one once a year. "You'll need a phone appt with a Dr" to which I said that doesn't make sense. No appointments for 3 weeks. I spoke to the Dr 3 weeks later and he said "why I am ringing you when you need bloods taken, that's a job for the nurse". I explained that I am following advice from the receptionist. Surely with modern technology and smart phones, why can't appointments be made online?... read more
Horrible service, rude and unbothered staff and still waiting to be seen since June with lower back pain. They don’t care enough
