Appalling service On hold "at the front"of the que for over an hour. My mother also called to see if she could get through, she was on hold the whole time as well also at the front of the que apparently. Tried to get an appointment 3 times last week. Receptionist would not give me an appointment or let me book one, just kept saying call in the morning. I have been ill with kidney problems since January, I need to see a doctor again as my symptoms have got way worse the last week but they have no care in genuinely helping peo... read more
It would be a 5 but the call on hold service is terrible, wait for upto an hour then it hangs up on you when you get to position 1, happened several times now so I've got to finish work early and drive in again. Apart from the call on hold service every thing else is spot on especially the receptionist, she's amazing, very lovely.
The most caring and compassionate surgery we have ever been registered with. Given our senior years and the many places we have lived, we have experienced many surgeries as a comparison. So fortunate to have such a wonderful team of doctors, nurses, support and administrative staff, taking such good care of our health and welfare.
Whitland Surgery could be a model for all NHS surgeries. The receptionists are friendly and calmly professional, the nurses and doctors caring and attentive. Thank you.
