I have been really disappointed recently by the level of patient care and support that I have been offered. Left feeling deserted by the NHS and feeling like the bare minimum has been done in order to put a tick in a box somewhere.
Always available to call back if urgent .cannot complain about any thing about the surgery and the team,I have always been treated with the upmost care and compassion
Excellent practice very helpful and professional
Reception staff rude and the wait times are ridiculous, whats worse is it's been like that since before Covid, the doctors are ace but shame that the Reception staff bring this medical practice down.
