Reception staff rude and the wait times are ridiculous, whats worse is it's been like that since before Covid, the doctors are ace but shame that the Reception staff bring this medical practice down.
The reception staff are very rude. One lady was unpleasant on the phone making a loud huff sound because I’d mixed up my mother in laws DOB. Surely they can find info with name & address. When we arrived at the surgery the sign in screen didn’t work so we went over to the counter. My 86 year old mother in law gave her name & DOB. They asked which doctor it was and I apologised saying I wasn’t sure but it was a female doctor. The receptionist replied with ‘we have lots of female doctors here’ in a really angry tone!!
