I brought my son here today for a really bad sore throat that he’s had a couple of days. Everyone was very nice to us. It was a bit of a wait but I expected it would be. We got Dr. Simon and he was really nice to my son and to me. They tested him for strep and flu and were thorough with his check up. Plus the cost was a lot cheaper than a regular physicians office.
I showed up an hour and a half before closing. The woman at the desk told me how long the wait was which I appreciated. Yes it was long, but they were packed. They were all very professional even as they continued to care for us all after closing time.
This was one of the worse experiences I’ve ever had at an urgent care facility. The nurses were extremely rude and inattentive. The doctor was dismissive. He treated me for the flu when the test was negative. Insisted, even after I told him that I felt it wasn’t the flu, that it was. Thank God for my family doctor (getting seen the very next day) because I did NOT have the flu - I had a very serious case of cellulitis in my chest with a fever of 104.4 that nearly caused me to be hospitalized. Awesome! Very friendly staff, very affordable, and short wait time.
Had the best experience at Medicare Urgent care. Our Dr office is not open on Sunday and not really and Emergency so we ended up here with my 10 yr old. Front desk lady was super polite and had the best nails EVER. Nurses were super nice, friendly and very compassionate. DR Simon was AWESOME, His bed side manner was GREAT. Very sweet and compassionate DR, He even walked us up to the front to sighn out.
I had to take my dad to be seen. The staff was very courteous and professional. The doctor was quick and informative... overall, we only spent about 30 mins to 1 hour there and that's always nice.. no one wants to wait to forever to be seen or diagnosed when they are in pain.
