I went for a simple c-ray and was in the registration process when a very sick young lady came in. The front desk worker jumped to action, excused herself to me. On the way out to get the young lady, the front desk staff informed providers of the very ill looking patient. She quickly registered the young lady, brought out a wheel chair to bring that patient back to an exam room. She then returned to finish with me. I’m not sure why you schedule a time. Mine was originally at 12:40. I got a text that changed it to 1:07. I arrived 10 min prior as requested and sat for over an hour in the waiting room. I asked at the desk how much longer. I was told next. 2 more patients went in ahead of me. I asked at the desk again and was told there were 3 ahead of me. I finally got in the back. I was tested for Covid and placed in a room. It has been almost 40 min and I am still waiting. No one has apologized for the wait. Not a good experience.

MedCare staff was both friendly and efficient..We could not have asked for a better experience than we did. Dr. Simon did not rush his visit with us and answered all our questions.. He displayed extraordinary understanding and compassion related to our diagnosis..

My husband had a COVID test done on Tuesday. He went for a rapid test but they ran out so he got the regular one.I had to call everyday to see what the results are ( keep in mind he is missing work) I called Saturday and a lady said well let me ask the lab. She called me right back and said oh they don’t have it. I was like what do you mean? She said it’s like he wasn’t even here. I said he sat for 3 hours waiting to do a swab that look 30 seconds.
