RecommendedThe staff was very nice. Tiara at the front desk was extremely helpful. She got us checked in quickly. We didn't have the TriCare card with us so she tried multiple different ways to look it up. They even called to see if we could come a bit earlier because they weren't busy.

They still have people waiting in the waiting room during the COVID pandemic when every other urgent care in town has people waiting in their cars. And they do testing here, so there is no excuse for people to be in the same room waiting!
