Waited over an hour and a half I'm a room waiting on the Dr and never saw one.... Then when we expressed our displeasure either a Dr or nurse yelled BYE super loud as we were telling the lady up front that we were just going to go to our daughters PCP since they weren't too concerned with seeing her. The receptionist and triage nurse were the only two who seemed concerned in the slightest. We will NEVER go back again.

I visited the MEDcare Urgent Care facility in Spartanburg today for a foot injury. The staff were all very courteous and professional. The physician was excellent, taking time to explain my injury and follow up care. The entire process from check in to discharge, including x-rays was about an hour. Very efficient. Thanks to all the staff there.
Everyone is so friendly. The Doctor's have great beside manor. And the x-ray department was showed so much empathy. They were fast clean and very thorough.
