I have been trying to get a hold of this clinic for weeks now and no one has ever answered the phone, and when I leave messages I never get a call back. Is there an updated phone number or something that I am missing? Shouldn't a clinic always answer there phone?

We have been trying to contact MEDcare for over 2 weeks now to see about results for COVID. (For my sister) First off, they actually wrote down that they swabbed her & She HAD NOT yet gotten swabbed , that was while they waited over an hour. She ended up getting swabbed. All in all service was “OK” but They never answer phone calls and I do not recommend !
My husband got tested for covid-19 on 7/11. Was told we would have results in 4 business days. Called to ask the results and was told it would be atleast 7 business days try back 7/17. It is now 7/22. I have called daily and left voicemails and have not gotten a call back. Absolutely ridiculous!! They made sure to run and charge my insurance but can’t give me the results I paid for.
