Been there twice and both times the customer service was fast and friendly! Will be returning for any non emergency, urgent needs.

Took my son yesterday and the wait to see the doctor was a little longer than I liked but it was definitely shorter than sitting at regional emergency room by far. The staff was super nice and wrote hope you feel better soon on top of paperwork. The doctor was very attentive to all of us. I will definitely be bringing my girls there when need be..
I was in pain and discomfort Dr Cahoon was amazing and helped me get relief till I get in at my PCP. The staff was awesome.
I Was In And Out Didn't Really Know What Was Wrong With Me Finally Diagnose Me..After Been Question My Little Girl Could Diagnose Me At Home..But The Swelling Is Going Down And They Think Antibiotics Works For Everything..
We were.there for 4 hours. My son crying in pain the whole time. He had his first ever ear infection at age 7. When the doc came in he said ear looks pretty bad but throat looks worse. He asked the nurse if a throat culture was done? She was like no. So he asked my child if be wanted some water. My child said no. That he had juice at home. Then the doc looked at me and asked if he, my son was special. My heart dropped. Will never go there again
Good service I was in and out in no time. I visited the MEDcare Urgent Care facility in Spartanburg yesterday. The staff were all very helpful and professional. I had no issues and the time wait was very reasonable. I will definitely be back!
I never have a problem when I go here. We get in and out pretty quickly. All the nurses and doctors are very friendly.
