I had laser hair removal years ago performed by Roxanna. She was extremely nice & personable. It also worked really well. The hair has not grown back & the procedure was nearly painless with the laser & technique she uses. I highly recommend her for anyone wanting permanent hair removal.
I am very happy with the center. The ladies are all friendly and professional and take the time to answer any questions I may have. The owner, Rosanna, is very sweet and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.

I’m really bad with names so I can’t say The name of the person who did the session for me but she was excellent.My bf and I had some questions before she began and she answered all of them and made us feel comfortable. Very polite and nice. She has 12 of experience and could have not done a beggar job. We went to the location at the UM hospital. Looking forward to the rest of my sessions!

Very unprofessional service from the lady that works in the Coral Gables Center (I don’t know her name). She was very impolite since the moment I entered to the center. She started asking me questions about my treatment in front of other customers (very unprofessional, zero privacy!), then she started complaining about her colleagues loudly in front of me and in the end told me that she couldn’t do me the treatment today because she was too busy.
