Terrible customer service who constantly pass the buck, very difficult to speak to, fail to turn up but when you do get a workman they do a good job so it’s obviously a management issue.
Absolutely shocking management who fail to communicate and only care about making money. Mears Housing will damage communities in affluent areas and most recently they have taken over the "Humber view Hotel" in North Ferriby.
Poor customer service
I recently had a shower installed over my bath the fitter matt was amazing. Heather the electrian was very good too. Thank you mears you have my day to day living much easier after suffering Ill health for the last few months.
Very rude workers who park there car on our garage so unable to put car in garage Saying I’m obstructing him from doing his work Then tells me his reporting me to police Not impressed
