Terrible customer service (along with the local council!). Shoddy, unfinished work. We had to have our shower ripped out after their attempt. They don't turn up when they say they will. Leave their mess behind. There are 1 or 2 nice men, but they still cut corners (probably told to. I hope they find work else where because working for Mears is career suicide!)
