I suspect staff have been calling the number to avoid taking calls,been second in call queue for an hour and a half now and suddenly staff answers and is finished with the call within 2 minutes after having me the same place in the queue for over 1:30
Constantly missing prescriptions, have to call and chase constantly, staff are not helpful at all, waiting time for call 30 mins or more every time.
Don’t deserve any stars but had to put something! I have been a patient for over 15 years and always found the receptionist staff rude and they made it obvious they just didn’t care. I finally had enough as it was also always a long wait on the phone and then impossible to get any appointments when needed, so have now moved to another surgery who dealt with my needs so quickly and efficiently, I’m so glad I have finally moved from here and don’t need to be made to feel irrelevant again!
If you are not well please avoid this surgery at all costs as the service they provide to the public is absolutely appalling and worse than that they don’t even care about the appalling obstructive service they provide !!!! I have been a patient here for over 30 years and I will now be changing to my wife’s surgery who provide a service that you would expect and they are pleasant and helpful,all things this surgery is not !!!!!
Yes it is hard to get what you want the way you want! However after filling a form out, an email sent to confirm a nurse (as requested) would call me back regards my issue. Nurse Wilson called within the hour and was excellent and gave a thorough consultation over phone and meds provided within an hour. Issues remain with follow up and screening of existing health conditions.
