After injuring my ankle on a weekday afternoon I decided to wait for the next morning and call in early to the surgery to book an appointment with the GP (08:30aM). After multiple tries, I managed to get no9 in the waiting line to speak with the reception ( it must be that there's 10 slots in the waiting line and if this is exceeded your connection gets instantly shut down, thus no waiting number for you ) . You'll be extremely hard-pressed to find a GP practice with equal or better service, in my experience. As a clinician myself, and being all too aware of the stresses on primary care I'm genuinely blown away. Cannot express my gratitude enough to all the staff.
Still unhappy and upset regarding issues with this practice with the way I was treated unfairly and mis gendered and then said i wasn’t the way I was spoken to from people here it’s not good enough at all
