Bought a car recently and the people were very helpful. Any problem I had was sorted fairly quickly
Emailed about a car that had sadly got sold but was told off one they were getting in soon. Fell in love with it :) Good communication throughout and helped with a minor issue that the car had quickly. Thank you to all the family, lovely bunch.
Can I just say how amazing you guys have been. You made the whole process of buying my first car seem so easy. The service was excellent, the cars you had for sale were presented so well and so clean it was like getting in to a new car from the showroom. Would not recommend. After being promised that the car would be in perfect condition when picked up, i was nothing but disappointed. I did get a warranty but because they took so long to “fix” the window wipers on my car ( They did not even fix these!) I was unable to drive the car to truly discover the countless issues with it. The first issues being the wipers, these stopped working a few days after i had collected the car. I managed to drive the car up to them in Loughborough and they had the car for roughly 2 weeks. If I could give zero I would!!! Purchased a car for my daughter, on the test drive the blower in the car only worked on full but we was assured it would be fixed. True to his word it seemed to be fixed so we took the car. 2 weeks later the window wipers stop working, so we took it back where they had the car for 2 weeks said it was with the electrician and it was a bad earth.
