I had such a good experience with MDA Thousand Oaks! They were so nice and put me so at ease. My MRI was lengthy but they played music and let me know what was going on every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend MDA Thousand Oaks to anyone interested in an open MRI.
The staff was friendly and made the process go smoothly! The receptionist was very friendly, was able to answer all my questions and extra helpful attitude. Paul was great explaining the process to my daughter and made us feel comfortable.
Everybody is really nice there. I was a little bit scared but they were very comforting.
I knew I was getting an open bed MRI but still was not ready for how close the machine was to me and was worried my claustrophobia would make me chicken out. Teri was wonderful talking me through the process and making sure I was comfortable as possible. She was constantly reassuring throughout the process and made what could have been a traumatic experience much more tolerable. Highly recommend!! Thank you Teri!!
I would not have been able to go through the MRI had it not been for Paul. I seriously was very close to having a major panic attack several times throught out the process but his encouragement and constant communication made a world of difference. Thank you!
