It was a relief to find someone so caring about patient comfort as the MRI Technician. I believe his name is Paul. He took the time and care to make sure i was okay as I am claustrophobic. I am very thankful for his patience because I was able to get my testing done. The young lady at the front office was very friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.
MDA open was very nice but twice as long as a closed one. Plan on 3 1/2 hrs. Paul was so nice and professional and receptionist great and got me coffee. It was for my hips and hard to be still for that long plus finally got pillows under kneees to help so I was stiff after. Hope results are good and recommend MDI to anyone clostrophobic.
Had the best experience today! She was very kind! I had said I have claustrophobia and anxiety, and she walked through every step with me. Never left me in the room until I was ready. She talked to me throughout and made sure I was ok at all times! She even told me multiple times how good I was doing 😂 hands down I will choose this place every single time! Nothing but positive things to say about today!

I went to MDA to get a MRI on my lower back and the office staff was great. I was able to get an appt in the evening so I did not have to miss work. The tech guy was great to. He talked to me while I was in the machine. Totally would back here if I needed to.
